Adam Linkenauger is the creator of Vertfreak101 and has the claim to a 50″ verticle thanks to the break through discovery of the jump training system he uses. He personally has won multiple high jump championships at the college level and starred in a Poweraide dunking commercial. He claims that other programs are outdated and dangerous and don’t back up their claims with video proof the way he does (and he does have multiple video examples of high flying dunking).

Periodization to Increase your Vertical.

Adam utilizes a muscle training method called periodization. By his definition: “Periodization is breaking up your training program into different patterns, and groups that will not allow for your body to adapt to your training and have plateauing or degrading results!” The result of which is variable workouts which are never boring, having to train less frequently, resulting in less fatigue after your workouts. Adam has multiple impressive endorsements from olympians and professional athletes. That combined with the video evidence of the verticle leap results has me convinced he’ll satisfy all your questions about ‘how do I jump higher‘.

Tons of Information.

The program comes with multiple books packed with information on how to increase your vertical like: Vertfreak 101 overview (why the program works), nutrition, rehabilitation from injury, mental conditioning, technique of jumping and of course the training guide. There is a stretching and warm up guide and a testing guide to monitor your progress which is similar to other vertical jump programs. There is a weight lifting guide with 300 combinations of techniques tailored to your personal strengths and weaknesses. The ‘Freak Workout’ guide includes plyometrics and a variety of other exercises. Both guides are very detailed and also come with video examples to insure you are doing the exercises properly. There is a ‘Core101′ guide as well which targets the weakest muscle groups associated with jumping higher for basketball, volleyball or any sport for that matter.

There are a number of bonuses to help you understand how to jump higher in basketball which are included such as a ‘core’ special report, weight lifting fact report, Adam’s podcast detailing the program and a 15% off jumpusa coupon for discounts on jump products.

The present price of this program is $77.
